I was shopping all over Boca Town Center looking for a formal dress. Client service in Neiman's, Bloomingdale's and Nordstroms was a huge disappointment. When I happened upon Rosemarie on the 2nd floor of Saks I hit gold. Welcoming, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you for your time Rosemarie, I truly appreciate it.

I wanted to make you aware of the high chances you will not receive an order placed in this store. I shopped for my wife's birthday five days prior to her day. I paid extra to make sure the order was delivered by or on that date. Not only the order did not arrive, but it was also cancelled. When I went in the store, the manager said there was nothing they could do. Very poor costumer service and lock of inventory.

Talk about luck and great timing. So, it took me months to look for a gown. I've been scanning the internet for a dress for a very special occassion. I looked through all the stores and it so happen Saks 5th was carrying it. Before the order was placed, I decided to go to go there to check it out. I met Lorraine and she was fantastic! She knew her signature line very well. She was well dressed, poised, friendly and patient. Since the outfit was unavailable, she ordered it online for me: (3) outfits to be delivered to the store so I can try it there. Better for me so i dont have to go back to return it. The Mcdouggal outfit I tried on was magnificent. It was priced sharply. Got a lot for look for the $. Lorraine did all the paperwork and returns. I also met Sara who was in charge of the Return Department. I notice, she handled all the haute outfits with a lot of TLC. Very professional and charming. The place is very pretty and you can tell the ambiance is very positive. They also had a lot of sale that day, rows and rows of goodies! Wow! This would be a great place and time for socialites to come in an buy well made clothing. A great place to return again when a special occasion comes along.
